Three story coastal cliff top house, with 380sqm of floor area, taking advantage of its spectacular surroundings with a blended indoor - outdoor flow, the living spaces open out to an above ground swimming pool, drawing the space out to the coastal view.    

  

Constructed in concrete and structural steel, clad in solid plaster and composite aluminum panels, this house stands proud within its cliff top setting. Floor to ceiling powdercoated aluminum joinery extends the space out to the view, coupled with sliding sun screens for privacy.

The top floor level accommodates four Bedroom Suites and an Office. The mid level contains an open plan Living Space, Courtyard with above ground swimming pool, Entrance, Garaging and Services Rooms. The lower level contains a Media Room, Cellar, Pool Bathroom, rainwater tanks and Plant Room.
