Constructed of concrete, structural steel and timber framing the houses are perched upon the sites coastal cliff top. Proudly displaying their elegant façades of vertical cedar weatherboards and lock seam metal panels.

The lower levels contain an open plan Kitchen, Living and Dining Spaces which together open out onto a spectacular deck. The Master Bedroom is accompanied by a generous wardrobe and en-suite. Stair and lift access connect the floor levels.
