Hepburn Street, Freemans Bay – 7 x Townhouse Reclad

7 x 1990’s townhouses all required remedial work to rectify historical water ingress issues. With the opportunity available, the homes were updated to reflect the style and grace of its Historical Freemans Bay / Ponsonby surroundings.  

All 7 x houses were re-clad in vertical cedar weatherboards with powder coated aluminum spouting's / flashings. Fine ornamentation and bay windows speak to the history of its location whilst achieving a modern aesthetic.
